These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Aetheria Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the randomarena.io website, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto, including but not limited to the Random Arena (randomarena.io) application and platform.

By accessing our website and platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are explicitly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

3. SaaS & Digital Subscription Accounts

To access certain premium structures of the Random Arena application, you may be required to purchase a recurring digital subscription. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the platform.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches regarding your platform credentials. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or edit content at our sole discretion.

4. Payment & Billing

We process all digital subscription fees and transactions securely via Stripe, our primary payment gateway. By completing a subscription upgrade, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method for the periodic subscription rate, taxes, and transaction surcharges on a recurring basis until cancellation.

Recurring payments will appear on your card statement under the descriptor prefix AETH* RANDOMARENA. All pricing is listed in USD and is subject to change upon notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website, platforms, applications, source code, databases, WebGL physics scripts, 3D meshes, designs, logos, graphics, and trademarks are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the platforms strictly for personal or business-related streaming and event utility purposes, in compliance with these Terms. No part of our source code or assets may be parsed, copied, or sold without prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to access or use our platforms for any purpose other than those for which we make the services available. Prohibited actions include:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the underlying code of Random Arena.
• Injecting malicious payloads, viruses, or custom automated scrapers onto the platform hosts.
• Using the platform to run unlicensed or unregistered commercial sweepstakes violating local gaming laws.
• Violating any applicable state, federal, or international laws or regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Aetheria Labs LLC, its directors, officers, or contractors be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the platforms.

The services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted platform accessibility or complete data preservation.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Washington, United States. You and Aetheria Labs LLC irrevocably consent that the courts of Washington shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes which may arise in connection with these terms.
